You can also track your parcel from the homepage inserting your RS Order Number in the 'Parcel tracking' section or by clicking “Track your order ” below. Proof of delivery: you'll be able to see the signature provided when the parcel was delivered. ![]() Delivered: we'll confirm that your order has been delivered. ![]() Out for delivery: your order's on it's way to you. You can find the Tracking ID and Order ID in the Email/SMS confirming that your order has. Handover: if your parcel requires more than one courier, we'll show the handover in the delivery status so you know exactly who has it. Enter your Tracking ID or Order ID to track the status of your order. The lookup shows the date we began (or will begin) to mail STAR credit and eligibility letters to your area. Select your school district to view the information for your area. Choose the county you live in from the drop-down menu. Despatched: when your parcel has left our warehouse, the status will show that the courier has received it and it's entered into their wider dispatch network. To use the lookup: Select Delivery Schedule lookup below. Navigate to the sent folder, where the sent emails are saved. The status will be available for each email sent for the most recent 60 days can be viewed from the sent folder.
